Payments Utilities Maintenance Notice To Landlord


Payments

Monthly rent payments are due to the Landlord without notice, demand, or deduction on the first calendar day of each month unless otherwise stated in the Rental Contract.

This information is provided for the convenience of our Residents and does NOT modify the terms and conditions of the Rental Contract or any other notice provided by the Landlord to the Resident.

There are currently three ways to send payments to the Landlord:

Mail Payments

  1. Purchase money order or cashier check in the Rent amount. Write the following on the payment in ink:
    Payable To: Noell Webb
    For/Payer: (Your Name)
    Address: (Your Address)
  2. Detach the money order or cashier check receipt. You will need it if the payment is lost.
  3. Address an envelope to:

  4. Apply a First-Class postage (e.g. "Forever" stamp) to the envelope and deposit in a USPS mailbox. Tracking or overnight delivery services are NOT needed. Rent payments are considered timely based on the USPS postmark UNLESS there is a pending court hearing or eviction lock-out.

Payments can be transferred for free via Zelle which is available through most major bank website. You may need to send payments in multiple installments depending on your bank's daily transfer limits.

Many banks offer free bank bill pay through their website. These payment can be set-up in advance with the following information:

Move-In Payment

The following payments are due at move-in:

  • First Month's Rent: The first month's rent is NOT prorated unless otherwise required (e.g. housing voucher). If the move-in does not occur on the first day of the month, then the first rent Period will be the first 31 days.
  • Security Deposit: The refundable Security Deposit is due at move-in. The amount of the refundable Security Deposit is at least the same as the monthly Rent rate. An additional Security Deposit may be required depending on the applicant's verified qualifications.
  • Administrative Fee: Some properties may require additional moving fees.

Certified Funds Required: The move-in payments must be paid in Certified Funds (e.g. cash, money orders, or cashier check). Personal check, credit/debit, EFT, and other electronic payments are NOT acceptable. Make money orders or cashier checks payable to:
